Personal Health Record

If you are a current patient, then you should have a Personal Health Record with us. In your "PHR", you have the ability to view your profile as well as access current prescriptions.

If you need your username and password, please contact the office at 804-595-2020 to learn how. Please understand that we cannot give username and passwords over the phone due to HIPAA security rules. ID must be presented in the office.

If you are a new patient and are intersted in your PHR, please ask for your credentials before you leave your appointment.
