How do I maintain at home?
-
Wash your eyelids once a day with Zocular wipes to clean the meibomian gland openings and wash anyway debris and harmful bacteria.
- If you have been diagnosed with Demodex, substitute Zocular 2 days a week with Cliradex eyelid wipes (only wipe with Cliradex, no need to scrub).
- Take 4 capsules of HydroEye omega fatty acids each day as directed.
-
Once a day use your Bruder mask to gently warm the lids. Afterwards massage the lids to keep your meibomian glands healthy and flowing.
-
Use a preservative-free tear that contains an oil such as Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops as needed to keep the eyes moist throughout the day.
